Hi All, So | don’t lose track of where we are at - here is what | think the next tasks are (referencing previous e- mail list by number-letter): Action Items needing attention: Data dictionary: 1.a Bob is checking and adding nurse case management variables. 1.b. Need to check EBL Investigation (El) variables. (Ask Courtney) Bob has done the case management variables based on his e-mail from a week ago. Courtney was working on adding some additional variables. 6H is to compete the review and addition of variables to the data dictionary. Then we will ask Junaid to! review one last time for format to ensure that his what he needs. Questions and Measures: 3.b Kory will compile the questions and send around for review. (This document lives at § Lead Project\Ch i aching 9) has new questions to add. Next Steps: 1. Once we have good draft data dictionary that Junaid can review and a good draft of questions, we will send that package to Linda and Wes for any thoughts 2. Junaid can build the Access Database xxxEND_PAGE:dhhs02_b0641_2317_2319_1 002318 Please say what you timeline is for addressing these actions. | understand there are likely higher work priorities, plus the holiday season is upon us. Just don’t want to lose momentum on this process. Thank You, Kory

We greatly appreciate the assistance relative to the toxicological assessments. However; the delays in communication to the community, due to the state’s bureaucracy is unacceptable. This process is compromising our relationship and needs to be expedited. Below are some recommendations for the factsheet from our partners at EPA. A few thoughts: 1. Under “Learn About Phosohate”, wordering if the term “salt” will concern people on low-sodium or salt-restricted diets? We agree it's a proper terrn. 2. Status of Child EBL Services Database

Oy. Hi All, Here are the next tasks on our DEH Flint Coordination Team (Martha named us!}) collaboration to create the Child EBL Services Database: 1. Hotlink to the draft data dictionary £:\£84 fnvestigat a. Bobis checking and adding nurse case management variables (CM). (DONE) b. Need to check EBL Investigation (El) variables. (Ask Courtney) c. Need to finalize the data dictionary (Review by Junaid) 2. Need to determine the common variable ID between the CM and El spreadsheets a. Based ona discussed between Martha and | — the suggestion is using the HUD EBL ID for a home. 3. Need a list of questions that we want to be able to answer with this database. a. Kory will talk with Linda, Wes, Courtney (already talked with Martha) about the questions they want to be able to answer with this database. Kory will compile the questions and send around for review. c. Compare the questions to the variables in the data dictionary and consider if we have the correct variables to answer our questions. (TO BE DETERMINED — how and who is best to do that — may be a group effort) 4. Once all variable are entered in the data dictionary and Junaid says the dictionary is done, then he start working on Access Database. Thank you for your attention.
