MDHHS - draft Phosphate Factsheet - Request - [Preliminary and Deliberative Draft - not subject to

FOIA] Hello Jim, Liane, and Stephen, MDHHS has created a one-page Phosphate factsheet that is in the final stages of review. We would appreciate your review of this statement: The City of Flint, MDEQ, and the EPA worked together to find how much phosphate is needed to help quickly coat the pipes with scale. Is it accurate to include MDEQ and/or US EPA in this statement? We are always open to additional comments and edits, if you have them. We appreciate your attention to this request. xxxEND_PAGE:deq16_b3_0014_0687_414 Kory Groetsch, MS , Manager Toxicology and Response Section Michigan Dept of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) 201 Townsend St. Lansing, MI 48913 517-335-9935 soetachh @hnichigan. soy Confidentiality Notice: This message, including any attachments, is intended solely for the use of the above named recipient(s) and may contain confidential and/or privileged information.
