Oy. Hi All, Here are the next tasks on our DEH Flint Coordination Team (Martha named us!}) collaboration to create the Child EBL Services Database: 1. Hotlink to the draft data dictionary £:\£84 fnvestigat a. Bobis checking and adding nurse case management variables (CM). (DONE) b. Need to check EBL Investigation (El) variables. (Ask Courtney) c. Need to finalize the data dictionary (Review by Junaid) 2. Need to determine the common variable ID between the CM and El spreadsheets a. Based ona discussed between Martha and | — the suggestion is using the HUD EBL ID for a home. 3. Need a list of questions that we want to be able to answer with this database. a. Kory will talk with Linda, Wes, Courtney (already talked with Martha) about the questions they want to be able to answer with this database. Kory will compile the questions and send around for review. c. Compare the questions to the variables in the data dictionary and consider if we have the correct variables to answer our questions. (TO BE DETERMINED — how and who is best to do that — may be a group effort) 4.
