Itisn’t clear that it applies to a person whois a Flint resident who receives public assistance and not to other Hint residents. Secondly, don't forget that other Hint residents alse should be entitied to a water filter and although the press release is about DHHS clients, we don’t want to create additional confusion. A thraw-away line about the other residents might be wise.
