g Brent investigated the PEAS call and left me a voicemail with his findings. He confirmed that the residue was a previous lime sludge leak and frozen residue still needs to be cleaned up. The source of the sheen was from a previous storm sewer discharge; however, there was no storm sewer discharge this morning and conditions appeared clear. Brent also followed up with the concerned citizen. Brent will provide further follow-up (via e-mail) concerning this PEAS call. Michael Prysby, P.E. This may be more of your call. This pertains to the Bray Road sludge lagoon site and the new decant structure that will direct decant water from the Flint WTP lime sludge to the sanitary sewer. The work will correct the unauthorized discharge that was occurring at the local receiving stream. Not sure if you have taken a look at the design.....the ODWMA anticipates issuing an Act 399 permit for the work at Bray Road within the next few weeks. | will be in the Frank Balcer room today after 10am for the balance of the day reviewing these plans.
