Brent investigated the PEAS call and left me a voicemail with his findings. He confirmed that
the residue was a previous lime sludge leak and frozen residue still needs to be cleaned
up. The source of the sheen was from a previous storm sewer discharge; however, there was
no storm sewer discharge this morning and conditions appeared clear. Brent also followed up
with the concerned citizen. Brent will provide further follow-up (via e-mail) concerning this
PEAS call.
