This may be more of your call. This pertains to the Bray Road sludge lagoon site and the new decant structure that will direct decant water from the Flint WTP lime sludge to the sanitary sewer. The work will correct the unauthorized discharge that was occurring at the local receiving stream. Not sure if you have taken a look at the design.....the ODWMA anticipates issuing an Act 399 permit for the work at Bray Road within the next few weeks. | will be in the Frank Balcer room today after 10am for the balance of the day reviewing these plans.
