RE: Preliminary & Deliberative Not Subject to FOIA : Infographic for Flint

could, but i don’t think it's necessary because we don’t talk about water filtration om this fact sheet — just testing to find out if they’re at risk... So i dan’t have to keep editing both ~ do we have a preference between the one with the background calor vs the one without? ><{{{'> www.michigan.cow eatsatetish <'}}}>< Michelle Bruneau, MA Michigan Department of Health & Human Services Project Manager & Health Educator (517) 335-8984 bruneaum @michigan gov 3 xxxEND_PAGE:dhhs02_b0767_2685_2694_03 002688

Hi all: Undated fact sheets are attached. If you could please replace the Flint Water fact sheet on the website (atin / Awww. michigan - Lead - Flint Water Fact Sheet 02 503394 7.ndf} with the one attached, that wauld be great. This one has the official Genesee Co logo, per their requast. Hi Michelle, The baby still loaks extremely pixelated. Can we clean that up? If you can send me the design file, we can try to clean it up in our office. As for the ‘Action Flint template’ are you referring to the Taking Action on Flint Water graphic the Governor’s office has been using? That's not a template for anything so no, we won't be using if or our materials. Thariks,

RE: Preliminary & Deliberative Not Subject to FOIA : Infographic for Flint

Hello all: Per Kory’s directive, f'm attaching the updated infographic with more visible people. | aise arm attaching a version with no background color... For what it’s worth, | never really Intended on this being printed on a persanal printer. | meant far it to be used asa social media tool, website dac, and/or professionally printed and distributed as a poster ta partners and doctors’ offices, However, if we think that people will print it out themselves, the version with no background color at all will probably be hetter to distrilute so that people who print it can save their ink... Pisase let me know if you want me to make additional changes. © Thanks! xxxEND_PAGE:dhhs02_b0767_2685_2694_06 002691 ><{{{'> souw.michigan.cov/ eatsatetish <'}}}>< Michelle Bruneau, MA Michigan Department of Health & Human Services Project Manager & Health Educator (517) 335-8984 [email protected]

RE: Preliminary & Deliberative Not Subject to FOIA: Infographic for Flint

Importance: High Kory — our concern before was that the document would not print off well in black and white. On the revised copy, the white outlined people are really faint now. We can barely see them. All we can really see is the unborn baby. Any improvements you could make to that so it will print off better?

RE: Drinking Water

I'm working with Emily right now to make the edits suggested - good suggestions! We definitely have space limitations, but will fit in what we can, such as lead hazards in other places the child spends significant time. Note that this document is primarily focused on prevention, not on follow-up post-testing - | will check our toolkit to see if we have something specific to that. As a program, we are really trying to shift from reacting after a child is exposed to educating families BEFORE exposure happens. In other words, stop using the child as the test for lead in the home. That said, whether prevention or steps taken post-testing, the primary focus is to reduce exposure to the lead hazards, so the steps described on this document are appropriate in both cases. | will also add that we are making these documents available electronically, rather than printing and storing and shipping brochures. We are trying to make them easy for anybody to print and use, from a home computer, or in a primary care provider office, or wherever.
