RE: FOIA

Date: Tuesday, December 08, 2015 8:06:37 PM They’re on the U Drive, although | had to create a second folder for me because | was getting a message saying | had files with the same name and | had to choose whether to replace the existing one or not include it. | think it had to do with “files” that had the same title (name) in both my inbox and sent items. Also, | included messages that | believe are after the November date that was originally used as the end date for this request. Finally, there were some messages that were exchanges of draft documents internally and externally (with EPA) and | am not sure if those were to be included in this request.

RE: Pb/Cu FOIA

Pretty sure the FOIAs come with the 10-day extension already built-in and we cannot ask for more 10-day extensions. I'll defer to Tammy on this, RMG’s FOIA Liaison. This is for FOIA 0601-16, dated October 23, 2015, with a due date of November 9, 2015...another reason why | believe the 10-day extension has already been asked/granted, etc. Tammy, in a nutshell, Richard ha reached out to the requestor via phone/e-mail to ask for clarification due to the large volume of documents, etc. and the requestor has not responded. xxxEND_PAGE:deq04_b190_3412_3416_2 Thanks, Tracy Jo

FW: Pb/Cu FOIA (FOIAS # 0587-0617)

Date: Tuesday, November 03, 2015 8:57:21 AM Richard, if the requestor ultimately modifies their request after speaking with you, they will need to do so in writing per FOIA policy and please have them send it to so Tammy sees it. FYI for tracking purposes Carolyn...this is in regards to the plethora of FOIAs that came through for the same topic (FOIA 0587-0617). Thanks, Tracy Jo

RE: 0510 - RMD/EXEC plus Lansing, Due: 11/18/15

Date: Thursday, October 29, 2015 5:54:35 PM This request specifically mentions sampling of schools, so | don’t think the templates for compliance sampling developed for community water supplies to possibly distribute to homeowners when they are conducting compliance monitoring is needed for this response. The sampling protocol for collecting first draw, lead screening samples at Flint schools a couple of weeks ago was tweaked by the Lansing District, so they should have the final version and be providing it in response to this request. If you are going to provide the recently drafted protocol for lead exposure sampling that was conducted following the plumbing assessments at Flint schools, | believe that should be all of the documents from the community program that are being requested. Let me know if | am missing something.

RE: 6797 - RMD plus Lansing/SEMDO/Grand Rapids, Due: 10/5/15

Kris can probably provide the information on violations in the annual reports and tell the requester they can “disaggregate” the information. There will be no annual reports for 2015 as that report won't be completed for almost another year. The rest of the information should be in the Lansing District files with the possible exception of complaints — some of which may have been received in OEA.
