RE: Doyle Ryder Report - Draft for Review/Final/Publish

dack, While an assessment was not completed to idertify specific cornponents of this fixture, the results clearly show higher levels of jead related to the first hwo samples, P1& P2. These would be frorn the fixture Heelf and its immediate cormecting olumbing. Thus the recormmendation far replacernent of the fixture and its immediate plurnbing with lead- free materials stil applies. Stephen Busch, PLE. RE: Doyle Ryder Report - Draft for Review/Final/Publish

Question: OLKCO44 in the princinal’s office- Outlet: Bathroom Faucet (01KC044 Alternate) Location: Principal Office Bathroom Results: P1=48 parts per billion, P2=30 parts per billion, F01=3 parts per billion, FO2=2 parts per billion Faucet 01KC044 was not accessible during sampling on November 7, No 2015. Instead an alternate faucet in the adjacent bathroom was sampled. This faucet is Image not used for drinking or cooking and an assessment was not completed on the fixture Available or its connecting plumbing. The results for this location suggest the highest contributions of lead may be from the faucet and its connecting plumbing. Replacement of this fixture and its connection plumbing with lead-free materials will significantly reduce lead exposure at this location if it is ever used for drinking or cooking. If replacement is not feasible, sample results indicate that flushing this tap for three minutes following periods of stagnation is likely to reduce lead concentrations and lead exposure. This faucet was not accessitie and another faucet was sampied instead. “Yat, the results frorn this location suggest...” This paragraph is confusing in that there was no assessment done but there is discussion about lead results, Let rie know when the review is complete and | will have the document put in final forrnat. jack
