share with SMT.

Jim — draft #9 of TNORM report, hopes to wrap it up son; TSG is looking at 1,4-D
report back to TERA presentation. Want to work with Brad on how to release
once it’s finalized.

Creal — met with Oakland Co Water Resources Comm. Re: funding stormwater&
pollution control will meet again in* 1 month; favorable supreme court ruling on
Hedlee; met with Aron on zebra and quagga mussel control, now need to work
with Ohio; and Drain Commissioners winter meeting this week, including
presentation by Kim F., et.al.; also invited to their board meeting to discuss their

5 year strategic plan; EPA announced and rescinded the agricultural nterpretive
rule.
RRD-Wagner-set up 1 voice meeting for tomorrow @ 1 pm on 201 amendments
and will identify where there are cross office/division implementation issues.
Received letter from locals in AA re: 1,4-D and efforts with PLS, Bob thanks
JRRD crew.
Bryce-TNORM public comment this week; recommends current std of 50pc/g
existing is recommended in the paper, thanks to Ken Yale. Solid Waste annual
report will be finalized this week, increased by ~4.7%, good/bad news; some
attributed to debris from flooding in e.g. SEMI. Struggling with recycling
measurement legislation, having trouble getting groups together on this.
Liane — in addition to continued efforts on Flint; this week Mfg Housing bill
reintroduced; backflow preventer bill follow-up; hope to finish efforts on Water
Strategy;
Hal — urban drilling instruction this week; integrated assessment on high volume
hydraulic frac’ing rot on Friday. Taking austerity measures on budget, met with
some staff in offices recently;
Amy — 2/11 budget release; 20m SMT — maintaining last year’s strategic initiatives,
no staff reductions anticipated; Thursday meeting with Rep. Victory; Senate next
week, hop not to need Division Chief meeting with Senate since they’re familiar
Rich — busy with webinars and workshops over next couple months, will be letting
staff know ; Admin 101 will be recorded
