Good afternoon, Please ignore my previous email {I hit send by mistake}. Just wanted to let you know that | talked to our managers yesterday morning about Flint. Based on the recent developments in Flint's drinking water situation it was decided we would take a detail look at Flint's operation. | would like to start our review by obtaining some background information about Flint such as why the change was made, who made the decision to change water sources, when the change in water sources made, how was DEQ informed of the change, what did DEQ do to review the change in water source, how did Flint have the capacity to operate their own water system ....
