Correct...though Detroit and DPS obviously have a comms staff. BH, AP, Hamtramck, Highland Park, Lincoln Park== no comms folks.

Thanks, this is good. Also, am | correct that Flint is the only EM’s office with a press guy (for lack of a better term)? That is to say, they're actually some of the more proactive and savvy when it comes to messaging? Just trying to build the case that we need the community liaison thing to be most effective.
