I just wanted to check with you guys on what the timeline is for replacing for Mr. Quackenbush on the MPSC.
Are we going to hear an announcement soon or is it going to be closer to when he leaves March 31?
Also, in case we need to do something on this today -- what's this about the Governor considering declaring a
state of emergency in Flint? What needs to happen or what information needs to be obtained to make that a
done deal? Let me know, thank you.
