Here are pair of drafts for Tuesday regarding the Distressed Cities grants. One highlights the work in Flint and would be
released in conjunction with the event, the other would come from Treasury shortly afterward.
I’ve made some changes to Terry’s draft — thank you, Terry! — and prepared one for Flint. We can approach Mayor
Walling or EM Ambrose to add a quote, if you think that would be appropriate.
