Sounds good! | note that because this is a 12(1)(r) situation, the plan for sale must go to city council per section 19. if the council disapproves and offers their own counter-proposal, this matter could go to the ELB. Should we wait for the city to sort out its section 19 action before seeking treasurer approval? Randy spoke today with City attorney Chubb who is going to submit this plan to council soon --DDV
