This request was drafted and in submission process before the Mr. Earley issue and was not intended to be
included in this request specifically. We were made aware of Mr. Earley's situation on Friday evening of last
week and worked on a resolution over the weekend. Anthony Chubb, Chief Legal Counsel, will talk to you
about this specifically to clarify.
Your agreement to pay for costs to represent Mr. Earley in yesterday's meeting did not solidy your response to
the request to this letter, so I hope we continue to be on the same page as relates to cases arising out of
Emergency Manager actions after departure.
