Follow Up Flag: Flag for follow up Flag Status: Flagged Gentlemen, Attached please find the partially executed contract. This allows for monthly pricing of $662,100 per month readiness to serve charge, and $8.93/Mcf commodity rate. This is drastically lower, I believe, than any of their other 85 customers. Hey guys, As you probably saw at the news conference today, the State and CS Mott Foundation are pledging money for the switch based upon the rates quoted by DWSD ($662,100 per month and commodity rate of 8.93/Mef for FY 2015-2016, Please confirm you are going to honor those rates. I am balancing a house of cards here and this could put this in the ditch. Tony Anthony Chubb Interim Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations Deputy City Attorney City of Flint 1101 S. During that call, as we reviewed flow data from the DWSD FL-01 meter, It was acknowledged that Flint continued to use DWSD water through April 30, 2014. As a result, DWSD will bill the City of Flint for water usage through the end of April as opposed to the earller date indicated within your letter. Since that time, DWSD has worked with the Genesee County Drain Commissioner's Office to confirm the closure of valves associated with Flint’s usage of DWSD water. Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. Very Truly Yours, Ottenwess, Taweel & Schenk, P| Matthew Schenk
