RE: DHHS Document in MDEQ FOIA

From
Marc Edwards
Hi Eden, Today i received what DHHS FOIA clairns is the rest of my FOIA documents. But still missing is the document on Hint Water Lead Cormmiunication Plan from Sentember 9", 2075, which is clearly responsive to my FOIA because it discusses he work of Virginia Tech. | also e-mailed you and argued that all documents associated with the genesis, writing and conceptualization of the Flint Water Communications plan would be clearly responsive, as are anything associated with he meetings about the decurnent. Bob's e-rnail te me mentioned a meeting on the water lead issue on September 8° which Lassume was associated with this document. There is nothing in what was provided to me at all, about the Septernber 9" document or the September 8" meeting. As far as DHHS is concerned, they are apparently taking the pasition the document does not exist..and it just came to MDEQ out of thin air. Obviously this is unacceptable to me. is this the position of DHHS? Hf not, why do not have elther he cornmunications olan, or the docurnents that help understand where it carne from? ide not even know who wrote it. aise do not believe that Karen's entire body of e-mails has been produced. Wher i called out the fact that an e-mail from Mona was not in what was provided to me, she simply sent that 1 e-mail to the FOIA officer. | stil feel an electronic xxxEND_PAGE:dhhs03_b0227_0857_0859_2 000859 search of her CoAMAS: is goinm te be: requiest if the tapsk foree is ever goin to understeadd whalt DHS wass doing: Beferre yeu Were iAYAMAK, Theaksks im attemnsce fer loginas into this datrutheng prebanrn, Tre: letrer today sass trait all respensives doCwnRnigs Wer: prosticedd, andd tiekt my only optiann is iy anpeeal or sue DIB. RE: DHHS Document in MDEQ FOIA

There are also e-mails missing from Karen Lishinski. She notes Mona and Dr. Reynolds requested blood lead data in one e-mail, and Mona says she requested the data by e-mail on September 8th. Yes that e-mail was not produced. Obviously, she has a lot to hide. You are going to have to do an electronic records request from backup and servers. She is not trustworthy. Don’t waste your time asking for voluntary compliance. Marc

Saginaw St. Flint, MI 48502 Dear Mayor Weaver and Administrator Henderson: As you are aware, Governor Snyder has appointed a Flint Water Advisory Task Force to review what led to the problem of high jead levels in drinking water, review the related regulatory framework, and make appropriate recommendations to prevent reoccurrence in Flint or elsewhere in Michigan.
