Ron,
At this time nothing has changed as far as the road width or what was permitted. However, the Lapeer County Road
Commission is requiring additional road widening and shoulders or they will issue a stop work order to the Contractor
once he gets to M-24. We are exploring this requirement via the DNR since they have fee simple interest to the land
over which the ROW easement runs, so essentially they own the land. Here is the letter | sent to Jennifer Olson today.
