Mike, Steve Concerning the violation notification for TTHM's the city needs clarification on the delivery of notification. In the last violation notification for Total Coliform the City published it in the local paper and posted it on the city website, this satisfied the DEQ requirements. Steve, I had Mike Glasgow check on this and we have no record of any complaints at this address. We are going to make an attempt to visit this citizen, but with no phone number and name it makes it difficult to schedule a visit. At least we will flush and test hydrants in the area. Thank you

Gentleman per our earlier conversation Flint WTP would like to suspend the application of Fluoride in its treatment process until the first part of June, 2014. With this being our first month of operation and 2/3's of the operation staff in training, I feel the citizens of Flint would be better served if the operation staff were able to _ just concentrate on primary drinking water standards at this time.
