I'd like your approval to request a 10 day extension on all our requests or let me
contact the requestor and set up an appointment to review the records. | have talked
to Rose Woosley and she indicated they will issue an extension. | do not know when
the requestor will reply and the request is due 11-9-15. | do not need answers to Mr.

Benzie’s questions as the requestor indicated he probably is going to come in and
review the records, but you indicated | should not contact the requestor until we
