Hi, Melody: I hope you are well. I am writing to let you know that I am withdrawing my FOIA requests that are being routed through your regional office and will not be coming to the office to review documents on Friday. We continue to receive useful information from the other regional offices in response to our requests and will focus our efforts on reviewing the documents we receive from those offices at this time. We have determined that the time and expense of visiting the Warren office to sift through what sounds like voluminous documentation is unfeasible. If our review of the information coming from the other regional offices leads us to believe that it would be worthwhile to review documents in Warren, we will submit a new request and do our best to narrow its scope based on our review of the documents from the other offices.
