Hi Kurt: Thanks for responding. fd like to talk to you or someone at the state who can speak to whether the state treasurer's approval is required because of the Flint City Council having voted before the change in the emergency manager law as well as how the state is balancing the interests of two cities that are both in financial distress with emergency managers in place.
