Hi, Anna. Quick observation on this line: “The signing of this funding bill is the resolution of a serious problem and I’m pleased so many parties came together to help deliver safe drinking water to the city of Flint,” | would suggest the word “resolution” not be employed there. Maybe the signing of the bill “begins to address”, or maybe “allows us to respond” to the serious problem.
