To follow up our meeting yesterday, | have corfirrned from the plans and information provided by Mike Prysby thet the
KWA basin will be regulated under Part 315 a5 a dam. Once | gata task assignrnent in Mivvaters, | will provide language
for the VM for new darn permitting requirernents under Part 215.
