Attached is a working draft of a protocal for sampling schools, including information on the plumbing assessment. Please provide cornments by COR Monday. If you have questions, Pat wil be around on Monday, but gone after that for a couple of days. This is only a segment/partion of the larger document that will include further information, discussion regarding decision-making and strategies for short term and longer term actions.
