FYI, Peter Manning hand carried to me this afternoon the attached Environmental Incident Report Form that was submitted online to, and subsequently faxed to, DAG’s ENRA Division.

The mystery is solved! I’m covering Executive Division’s main phone line this morning, and | received a call from Wayne Koper (a citizen from the Thumb area) who said he faxed to 373-1610 an Environmental Incident Report Form (a DAG form) regarding “poisoning of children of Flint.” He said the complaint number assigned to it is: 2015-ep10081942753-A. | checked online and found out that fax number is for the DAG’s Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Division. | then spoke with Peter Manning’s secretary, Nancy Hart, to see if they received his form and to let her know I’d be e-mailing her a phone message from Mr. Koper to return his call. She said they have the form, and she will ask Peter if it's OK to forward a copy to me to share with you. Stay tuned.....
