The mystery is solved!
I’m covering Executive Division’s main phone line this morning, and | received a call from Wayne
Koper (a citizen from the Thumb area) who said he faxed to 373-1610 an Environmental Incident
Report Form (a DAG form) regarding “poisoning of children of Flint.” He said the complaint number
assigned to it is: 2015-ep10081942753-A. | checked online and found out that fax number is for the
DAG’s Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Division.
| then spoke with Peter Manning’s secretary, Nancy Hart, to see if they received his form and to let
her know I’d be e-mailing her a phone message from Mr. Koper to return his call. She said they have
the form, and she will ask Peter if it's OK to forward a copy to me to share with you. Stay tuned.....
