Hi all — attached is a draft memo to go to home visiting programs working in Genesee County regarding the Flint water
situation. This is built from the talking points and press releases issued by MDHHS. It is not formatted, figured we
would finalize content, then take that step.
I’ve also included several potential handouts that | listed in the memo. Note that the Parent Handout is still being
edited, so what is attached here may not be the final version.
Next steps:
1. Review the memo and share comments/edits (track changes is helpful for edits).
2. Once we are comfortable with the content, we need to route this through Communications Office for approval.
3. Then it can go out.
