Terry, This is the quickest response I can give you...you will see the water issue is important and we are working on it everyday. If you go to our web site, you will see additional information we are posting for the public. And we have an RFP out soliciting expert assistance to assure we are doing everything we need to be doing. Let me know if you need something else. Additional item - we stand by the statement that going back to DWSD would add some $1 million monthly to our expenses, and DWSD's "offer" makes reference to a "long term" commitment, which presumably could mean leaving KWA.... We are committed to addressing this problem and are pursuing our strategy. J
