Re: TTHM Draft Letter

Howard et al: Please find my additions (including some Comments) attached using tracked changes based on Mike's version. | like his additions as well especially the LRAA language, although | did have a question on the softening text. Although | think this Letter is close to ready to be sent, please note that | do NOT recommend, due to inaccuracies, that you send the version of the TTHM Fact Sheet that you also attached. | can send you a revised version of that tomorrow. | have some concerns over some of the other files as well (e.g. the yen one) and can provide another paper that examines the effects of both boiling/filtration on DBP concentrations that could be sent. Howard, imade a few changes to the draft letter..in red (see attached)... mainly to make a more clear distinction between the locational running annual average and the stand-alone quarter {February 2015) results and how it affects the number of sites in compliance.
