Flint Water Fix Bill passage

Hello, ABC12 is in Lansing today and wanted to be in the loop on getting information when the Governor signs the Flint Water Fix Bill. | also wanted to ask- the money approved is intended to tie the city over until KWA is up and running which we heard is expected to be June of 2016- what if KWA is not ready? Would Flint continue to stay on Detroit water system- if so, who/how would that bill be paid? Or would city be forced back onto River Water? Thanks, Damon Damon Maloney abc12 News Sent from my iPhone xxxEND_PAGE:executiveofficeemails21_b0148_0268_0268_1

RE: Friday Press Conference

Thank you for press conference details. We agree to the terms of conference call with Governor. As far as which reporter will do it - it depends on what time it will be taking place. It could be a day side reporter or "afternoon/night side reporter". Is that something we can touch base with you on tomorrow prior to it happening? RE: Friday Press Conference

Importance: High That's absolutely right, Damon. You and the station should have gotten a media advisory from the DEQ and DHHS teams. A cut and paste version is below just in case. RE: Flint Water

Sounds good. I sent that email last night inquiring about today and took steps today to ensure a smooth process. I know you know that and it's clearly understood on my end as well- next time I'll follow up with a phone call in addition to email. Concerned Pastors for Social Action - Meeting with Governor's Office

Hello Sara, My name is Damon Maloney with ABC12 News in Flint. I'm writing to inquire about a meeting being held tomorrow morning in Lansing between the Governor's Office and the group ‘Concerned Pastors for Social Action’ from Flint. We're hearing the meeting centers around Flint's water quality concerns and is scheduled for sometime around 9 o'clock. From my understanding this meeting won't be open to the public, but I'm wondering if we can at least have a location of where it's taking place? We'll be looking for reaction after the meeting from locals.
