Quick couple follow-ups on this info as I look to
finish this up today:
-- On the $780K spent on the EMs, was that just for
FY 2013 or did that carry forward into other fiscal
years?
-- Of the $2.9M spent to “cover the costs of
financial consultants, legal services, operations
management and other professional services," was
that specifically on Detroit or did other
municipalities/local governments get a cut?
