It totally worked! | re-ran CDS and (a) the query in SDWIS Standard Reports now shows averages for all 8 sites, (b) they match what you had in the letter, and (c) it created the 2 candidate violations just like it should! Perhaps making that correction to the schedule made the difference. | migrated the 2 violations from last quarter and entered the SIA/SIE as 12/12/14 (letter date).
