Importance: High Pete. Chris Clamaitt sent you an e-rnail regarding the new waiter line project from Lake Huron to Flint and requested a determination on which district should be the lead. Chris has since found cut that the permit for the Lake Huron inlet has been issued so aust ihe line from Lake Huron to Fini needs to be permitted. We are getting daily e-mails from Genesee Counly Drain Commissioner asking for a meeting. Since most of the pipeline is In the Lansing Cist. and Lapeer and Genesee Counties are Chris's responsibilities, it seems logical for Lansing to be the lead. However, Amy Lounds has talked to Chris that she wants Katie Fairchild to be the igad (i am not sure why). So we need a decision this week so a meeting can be set up for next week.
