RTF formulas. 2) An excel spreadsheet with 4 tabs/worksheets, containing formula quantity guidance for a) clients who may request some powder combined with some RTF, and b) clients who request to exchange redeemed powder formula for RTF formula. | would agree with that from an access perspective, for instances when an alternative to tapwaiter is desirable. | would like to talk with you and Mary Ann about this more in the morning if we can make that happen. Meanwhile, | have Mary Ann copied as a think we should be in touch with our state lead contact regarding this. If area hospitals are going to be providing discharge instructions to mix formula with bottled water, this will have big implications for the WIC agency. Sent from my iPhone
