Importance: High | contacted the DTMB help desk re my Inability to access the VA Tech study web site. The prablern is an our and. Trying to remotely remedy the situation did not work, so a ticket has been submitted anc | was asked to also submit the attached form, which requires the signature of a deputy director or higher. Since Sue Moran is not in the office, Mi need this kicked up the chain a3 appropriate for a signature. Thanks

The prabiem is not with their website, it's with our internet connection. i can bring the web site up on my iPhone and I’ve been able to briefly open ihe website from my camputer, but cannot navigate the site, | may have to go elsewhere (Big B or home) to get ¢ good connection.
