Yes, CLPPP and EBL staff plan to reach cut.

Oh no. Is there anyway that Mona could explain to them why they should have the investigation? She has credibility that we don't? Sent from my iPhone

Very Interesting and what we have been saying.

Okay, thanks.

State20151204 rtf; 2014 zips.xlsx Hi all, Some of these are arepeat. Lead by zip code for 2044 is my file and is new. | ran this today to cornpare te Bob’s numbers. Bob’s file is “2044 zins” The ‘Documenting the SAS cade ‘fle walks through the numbers from the raw dataset to the final analytic fle that Yan and {| used. Bob has 143,123 for 2014 andi have 141,355 for children less than 6 years. Any thoughts. [would like to send the ‘Docurnenting the numbers to Boh/Martha/Junaid ASAP, Patti

igan.gav>; LyonCallo, Sarah (DHHS) <!y Is there anything | can do to step on the warehouse to give Junaid access? | don’t know if Martha sent in the form indicating permission needed to be granted ASAP. Corinne xxxEND_PAGE:dhhs02_b0431_1629_1629_1

He pulled by specimen date. Yan is going to document the number of records at each step when we deduplicated. We ran into this before with Flint where Bobs results and ours didn't agree and it was that we were including cap. This time we have fewer observations, but I'm not clear about how Bob deduplicated. xxxEND_PAGE:dhhs02_b0427_1617_1620_1 001618 Thanks Corinne. There is a flurry of emails about children by zip for 2014. Bob gave his numbers and the total differs

Until Junaicl has access to the warehouse, Pattl with Yan's additional support would be updating the blood leed test counts. Once Junaid has acress to the warehouse data he should be able to take this function an. {My understanding was that Patti has already demonstrated to you [Martha, Linda, Junaid] haw she pulis the data from the warehouse and then can provide SAS code for the analysis to Junaid.)

1 deduplicated this by year {this analyses} and by time period(previous analyses}. How are you deduplicating? Bob, the results from the last analysis are attached. These are pending Corinne’s approval, prior to forwarding. They are FY until Corinne approves. Patti

Thanks Patti!

No need to work on the weekend or get excel tables today. Let's address things on Monday.

(S) Thanks. Have a great holiday and | should be able to send you afl revised numbers on Monday. Patti

Goodness, do net work over weekend!

Hi all, | deduplicated to year for the state. | have SAS output for 2010-2015 by agegroup and by Michigan, Genesee, and Flint. By quarter and then broke 2015 to 1/1 to 9/30 and 10/1 onward. | can share the SAS output with you, but I’m entering into excel, which will be easier to read. The hand entering is going slowly, so | may not have the excel tables ready by this afternoon. also want Yan to double check the code that | modified to create the yearly datasets. So rough numbers | can provide today, something more polished probably won't be available until Monday. Unless | work on it during the weekend. Yes, tell them the tables aren’t copying weil and they can refer to the exce! workbook.

Hi all, Bob Scott updated me on the upload of child lead data into the warehouse “As of next Monday, we'll be two weeks behind on Lead records in the Warehouse. Jessica’s computer (and everyone’s around here) was upgraded to Office 2013 last Friday. ....but Access 2013 will not handle DBF files. We have used Access for a few years as a pass-through to get the DBF format (dates, | think) exactly right for loading to the Warehouse. When | get back, I’ll work with the folks from Optum to see what we can do about getting files in Warehouse-ready format.” Bob will be back next Monday. ican pull data from the warehouse next Monday, but be aware that it may not be complete.
