| did the same comparison as Corinne and found no discrepancies. Am i right in thinking that if you change the de-duplicating period, the totals will differ.

Update on lead data upload issues.

Hi all, Bob Scott updated me on the upload of child lead data into the warehouse “As of next Monday, we'll be two weeks behind on Lead records in the Warehouse. Jessica’s computer (and everyone’s around here) was upgraded to Office 2013 last Friday. ....but Access 2013 will not handle DBF files. We have used Access for a few years as a pass-through to get the DBF format (dates, | think) exactly right for loading to the Warehouse. When | get back, I’ll work with the folks from Optum to see what we can do about getting files in Warehouse-ready format.” Bob will be back next Monday. ican pull data from the warehouse next Monday, but be aware that it may not be complete. Follow up from Lead Meeting

To
Unknown recipient
Dear Patti Great job today with the phone call — you were clear, accurate and concise (as always). The goal is to get the one pager out Monday. (The zip code graphic is not going to be released as part of that.) We reconfirmed that report would be updated every two weeks. There were some follow up items: 1) ASAP Monday: One pager Data Report - Children 6 to 18 Years Old with Blood Lead Levels ... “Total Number of children tested for lead 10/1/15” should be 287, correct? If not, why are we sticking with 289 2) Isit possible to compare the 244 children less than 6 years with BLL test high from 4/15/215 to 9/30/15 against the list of 147 children diagnosed in the same time period who needed follow up according to CLPP? The action plan for response has the 147 number and the group was trying to understand why those numbers would be different. Would you be able to work with Bob Scott on that or send the ids of the 244 to him? 3) Zip code level numerators and denominators and rates spreadsheet— Jennifer Eisner would like to have the suppressed spreadsheet so she is ready for questions and requests. You know where to find me with questions. Linda and Corinne — did | miss anything? Lead update

Yan provided preliminary data for most of the tables, but the INT between testing date and Report date was not very clean for Flint. The mean was way too high and there were quite a few ‘outliers’---results from 2012 and 2013 reported October 30, 2015. We haven’t looked further into this, because we need to get the report done. We will use the specimen date and will be a dynamic report. As soon as | have preliminary data from Yan | will forward to you.
