No basic asstiimptions were used. | reviewed the data to attempt to determine the best option.
Certain constraints focused ihe analysis in certain ways. The Flint ERM eliminated the use of the Flint River and all of the
blending options. This decision eliminated all DWSD options with the exception of purchasing 100% of water fram
DWSD. The Treasurer asked some very specific questions that were addressed in my report. All of this is outlined in my
report,
No other assumptions were utilized,
