To initiate the wire request, please complete the attached form and fax it to Treasury's Office of Financial Services at (517) 636-5401. Being that this is a non-repetitive wire, we will need to obtain Joe Fielek or Tom Saxton’s approval prior to processing. In addition to the form, please provide us with a brief memo explaining the reason for the wire. Staff is available to process wires until 4:30 each day; however, being that we will need to obtain approvals on our end, we encourage you to fax the requested memo and form to us by 1:30.
