This is in part due to some discussions | have had with WRD and OWMRP district staff regarding the Flint and Fenton plants as well as some other cases that have popped up recently. Now that | am looking at this further, would if take much effort to check with the districts? | would need an answer before the end of the week to meet my deadline. We are working on answering interrogatories in the court case. The question would just be which of these use lagoons for their residuals.

Hi Rick, Atlached is a list of water plants that use lime as part of the treatment process. However, if does not include, nor doas any database we have contain the information about how these Glants stcre or get rid of the lime residuais/siudge. (know Howell, MHOG and East Lansing Meridian Two have pond or lagoons, but Pm not sure about ihe others.) ican get the info you are Icoking for from ihe districts if needed. Fat Cook, P.E. Is there a way to generate a list of all the municipalities in the state that have lime residual lagoons as part of their treatment system? Rick D.
