Flint water credit

Adam Carlson in Pscholka’s office asked if we could have someone walk them through how the proposal would work at 3 p.m. today. This would just be staff, but they want to be prepared for action next week and asked that someone who could walk through it in a pretty detailed fashion be available. Adam, Josiah Kissling, Hassan Beydoun from HRPO expected to attend along with SBO. The press release is not accurate. The two will work together during the transition in the month of October. Mike Brown will be available until 10/31, but as soon as the city council approves Early ( which was estimated to be 10/1) Brown will officially resign and Early will be officially appointed.
