Director's visit to Flint

We should go ahead and plan on a trip to the water treatment plant and the power plant for the 29", So we need to
determine what staff will be going, what times for the visits and the locations to meet the director. All of which we need
to put together an give to the director who will be driving separately to an earlier meeting. We should meet this week
once we know who is going and a street address for each visit.
