RE: Source Wster assessment Flint River

Jason, | scrolled through the Flint assessment several times and did not see lat...long. Cooridinates for the intake....and only very basic mention of its construction....so I’m not sure where to edit... couldn’t see where you made edits in the St. lg. Assessment. Call me before 2 if you get a chance...perhaps I’m missing something. Thanks Michael Prysby, P.E. District Engineer Office of Drinking Water and Municipal Assistance 517 290-8817

Mike, You may want to inquire why they don’t have a copy of this record as itis a requirernent. in addition, per the required OCR language they are supposed to make it available to their customers upon request. We should also have a copy of this sornewhere in the basic data files. Stephen Busch, PLE. Lansing and Jackson District Supervisor Office of Drinking Water and Municipal Assistance MDEQ. Jason, Has a source water assessment been performed for the Flint River watershed...spec. for the Flint WTP intake? If so, the city of Flint would like to obtain a copy of source water assessment report. xxxEND_PAGE:deq16_b5_0892_4900_0814 Michael Prysby, P.E.
