Mike, { reviewed the letter and it looks good to me. My only comments are in the second to last paragraph on page 2, | would just say achieve cornpliance rather than re-achieve compliance. Also, in the next sentence of that paragraph, there is a place where the word “the” needs to be in front of the word city. E think you should address it to the Emergency Manager and copy the others.
