Attached are draft comments for the 90% submittal (IPS and LHPS) based upon our review and subsequent discussion. Feel free, as needed, to edit and/or provide any additional comments. As we discussed, | will contact Jon and Daryl tomorrow at 10am to further discuss our review comments pertaining to the LHPS. Following our discussion and receipt of any additional comments, | will prepare a final punch list for our meeting on Thurs. | will also forward a copy of the punch-list to Genesee County prior to COB tomorrow. | also attached my comments pertaining to the 60% submittal (S-4007 -Flint pipeline) if there is an opportunity for further review of this portion of the project.
