Date: Thursday, October 01, 2015 6:48:00 PM | would use this phrasing, “Begin optimizing corrosion control treatment in the Flint drinking water system,” realizing that this additional treatment won't begin until sometime in October (hopefully). You could also say, “Accelerate implementation of optimal corrosion control treatment in the Flint drinking water system.”
