Hi lon,
i do have two systems right now currently in the process of a laad exceedanre:
1) Spring Lake Club Condominiurns (#06232) is currently in their 2° d-month round of sarnpling for lead &
capper, Their an" percentile for the Jul-Dec 2015 round was 4 pob. They only have to sample for WOP before
December 31, 2015, then they will be placed on annual for three rounds.
2) The JAW (#06705) just recently exceeded (Lead 90" percentile was 117 ppb, with @ of the 16 samples > 15
ppb. Conner go” percentile was 1090 ppb, with 1 sarnple > 1300 ppb}. Their i‘ 6-month round will be Jul-Dec
2645, and their 2™ 6-month round will be Jan-lun 2016. 1 sent out the exceedance fetter on September 14°, and
they have already collected their first set of WOP samples. Since they also exceeded in 2012, we are requiring a
carrasion control study {due March 31, 2016) unless they can meet bath ALs over these two S-manth rounds.
